Please print it out, fill it out and return it at our Celebration Sunday service.<br /><br />The idea of this questionnaire is:<br />1. to help you&nbsp;reflect on your year and celebrate,and also<br />2. to help our planning for the coming year.<br /><br />Set aside 30 minutes of quiet time to think and reflect on your year as a follower of Jesus. Ask God to bring to mind those ways in which he has guided, gifted and grown you this past year.
